Building got easier.Building investor conviction didn't.

I work one-on-one with early-stage founders to turn what they are building into a story investors understand. I help them sharpen their pitch deck, structure their fundraise, and prepare for investor conversations.

I've worked alongside and backed founders, and sat on the investing side of the table.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which option is right for me?

Preparing for a raise and want help structuring the process? Go with the Fundraising OS. Already have a deck and want it pressure tested? Go with the Pitch Deck Review.

What do you look for in a deck?

The story, market, traction, business model, numbers, assumptions and what's missing. I look at it through the questions an investor is likely to ask, not just how the slides look.

What can we cover in the 60-minute sessions?

Whatever needs the most attention. That could be your fundraising approach, investor targeting, deck, metrics, investor questions or something you're currently stuck on.

What should I send for a deck review?

The deck you'd actually send to an investor. Don't polish it for me first. I'd rather see where it genuinely stands.

Do I need to have started fundraising already?

No. You can come in before you've spoken to investors or while you're already raising. We'll work from wherever you are in the process.

What does the 30-day follow-up support look like?

You'll be able to come back with questions as you put things into practice. The idea is that our work doesn't suddenly end when the last call does.

What stage do you work with?

Mostly early-stage founders with something real to work with, whether that's a product, early traction, customers or meaningful market validation.

Can I book another session afterwards?

Yes. If you need more time after the included sessions and follow-up period, you can book another session separately.

Do you work with founders worldwide?

Yes. Where you're based doesn't really matter. Everything is remote, and we'll find a time that works across our time zones.

How quickly will I get my deck review?

You'll receive the completed review within 48 hours of submitting your deck. Once it's ready, we'll use the two review sessions to work through the feedback and any questions.
